  • No prior experience necessary

*Arise is not available in the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.

What is Live Desks?

Live Desks is a virtual call center partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions which offers a 100% work from home opportunity. Our call center connects agents with some of the most prestigious companies in order to provide sales, customer service, technical support, email support, chat support and more from the comfort of your home.

How long until I can start servicing a client and start earning pay?

Typical certification courses range from 10 days to 30 days in length. Some clients offer earn as you learn opportunities making it possible for you to earn pay even sooner!

What are the costs to get started?

Every agent is required to complete:

  1. Arise background check ($9.99*). Felonies and bank fraud charges on background check may disqualify one from being able to service clients.
  2. Certification course for client of your choice. Courses start as low as $19.99 up to $250*.
*The above mentioned fees are paid to Arise not Live Desks.

How much money can I make?

Compensation depends on you. You choose the client that you want to service. You can choose based solely on pay rate, availability of hours and how much you want to work. 100% attendance is required during certification.

What fees will I have to pay and why?

We have a service fee of $20 per invoice in addition to the fee Arise charges which is $19.75. Pay occurs twice a month on the 1st and 15th. The service fee allows Live Desks to cover business expenses incurred such as partner fee’s, bank fees, software costs, direct deposit fees and more.

Am I responsible for my own taxes?

As an independent agent no taxes are taken out of your pay. You will be responsible for your own taxes. A 1099 will be provided to those agents who have made at least $600+ for the year. Agents are not eligible for unemployment, overtime or benefits.

What are the steps to get started?

  1. Create a profile to complete the application and admissions process by clicking here.
  2. Sign non disclosure agreement to access client names and details.
  3. Choose Live Desks as your Arise service partner (IBO) during the admissions process. You will need to enter our IB ID 127578 or our FEIN 834215972.
  4. Complete background check.
  5. Select a client program. Once you choose a client you will receive an email with links to fill out your affidavit of ID, proof of servicing address, proof of identity, W9 form and direct deposit form. All forms must be completed before you will be able to service a client.
  6. Review the equipment policy and requirements to make sure you have everything you will need to succeed!
