My name is Chelsi and I am a mom of two. While being a mom of two can be a challenge all on its own, try adding working outside of the home to the mix. Needless to say things were pretty hectic on a daily basis.
A friend mentioned an opportunity to me where I would be able to work from the comfort of my home and pick my own schedule. Sounded great to me but I couldn’t help but wonder if it was too good to be true and if there were some type of catch.
I decided to give it a shot and started working under an independent business operator through Arise Virtual Solutions certifying for a client. Eventually I began taking calls and providing services. I loved it! I didn’t have to worry about getting stuck in traffic jams and scrambling to get my kids to where they needed to be for the day since I was required to report to my usual 9-5 job. I didn’t have to worry about spending money on transportation, clothes and makeup for work. The best part was knowing I didn’t have to miss special moments with my kids or doctor’s appointments because I was able to choose my own schedule.
I decided that I wanted to start my own call center to allow parents, students and others who are looking for an opportunity to have a flexible schedule on their own terms or maybe just the chance to earn extra income. Live Desks now provides that opportunity.
